Where are your products made?
Every piece is handcrafted in Mongolia by independent artisans. We work directly with master craftsmen in Ulaanbaatar and rural aimags to ensure authenticity and fair compensation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping times vary by location: 5-7 days for Europe/UK, 7-10 days for North America, and 10-14 days for the rest of the world.
How do I care for my cashmere item?
Mongolian cashmere is durable but requires care. Hand wash in cold water with gentle wool detergent. Lay flat to dry away from direct heat. Never machine wash or tumble dry.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Custom pieces are non-refundable unless defective. See our Returns page for full details.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Absolutely. We use recycled and biodegradable materials for all our packaging. We believe in leaving no trace on the steppes or the planet.
