By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Products and Services
Our products are handcrafted in Mongolia. Slight variations in color, texture, and size are inherent to the artisanal process and are not considered defects. We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but monitor calibration varies.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Chingis or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
Chingis shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mongolia and Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
