We want you to love your piece of Mongolian heritage. If it's not perfect, we're here to help.
The Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Custom-made or personalized items are exempt from being returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Return
- Initiate ReturnEmail us at returns@chingis.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack Your ItemSecurely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the return slip provided via email.
- Ship It BackSend the package to the address provided on your return slip. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
